This feature allows you to verbally communicate with the operator. If no one is at the premise when an alarm comes in, the two way voice feature allows the operator to "listen in". This allows the operator the ability to verify the alarm and immediately dispatch authorities directly without a time consuming telephone call to the premise.
The two way interactive monitoring allows you the ability to receive e-mails and text messages when:
- The children come home from school
- The cleaning crew arrives and leaves
- The manager of your business disarms the system
- A door is propped or left open
